At BMC, we follow the experience guidelines of the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). Registered Behavior Technician's (RBT's) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst's (BCaBA's) work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and receive weekly or bi-weekly supervision.  If you are seeking certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, we are a proud Practicum Site for Perdue Global University and all BMC employee's are offered a tuition discount for their Undergraduate and Graduate studies. ​

Requirements:

• High school diploma. Bachelor degree preferred

• Experience with Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or Social Work preferred

• 40-hour RBT training as required by the BACB 

• Reliable means of transportation

• MUST speak English

• Willing to work with children and adolescents with moderate to severe behavioral challenges
